Agreement & Related Policies

These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of ZIGGYSAUR. The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy and any additional rules displayed in connection with a particular feature or promotion may also apply to your use of the platform. If mandatory law grants you rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted, those rights remain unaffected.

Eligibility, Age & Parental Responsibility

You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to create an account and enter into transactions. Where a minor is permitted to use ZIGGYSAUR, use must be authorized and supervised by a parent or legal guardian as required by law. Purchases by or for minors must be made with the authorization of the person legally responsible for the payment method and transaction.

Accounts & Security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials and maintaining reasonable security over devices used to access ZIGGYSAUR. You may not share credentials in a manner that compromises account security or use another person's account without authorization.

If you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization, contact ZIGGYSAUR Support promptly.

Nature of Digital Collectibles

Origin Eggs, hatched creatures, serial numbers, rarity classifications, Collection entries and other ZIGGYSAUR digital content are virtual features provided for entertainment and collection within the ZIGGYSAUR ecosystem. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they do not represent ownership of physical property, securities, financial instruments, cryptocurrency or an investment product.

ZIGGYSAUR does not guarantee that any digital collectible will have or acquire real-world monetary, resale or investment value.

Origin Eggs & Hatching

An eligible Origin Egg allows the player to initiate the ZIGGYSAUR hatching experience. Hatching may reveal a creature, serial number, rarity classification and other attributes that are then associated with the player's Collection.

Once a reveal has been validly completed, a player cannot request a different result merely because the revealed collectible, rarity, appearance or attributes were not the outcome the player hoped to receive.

Random Outcomes, Rarity & Duplicates

Certain ZIGGYSAUR outcomes are randomized according to the mechanics and probabilities applicable to the relevant feature. No particular creature, rarity tier or outcome is guaranteed unless ZIGGYSAUR expressly identifies it as guaranteed before the transaction or action.

Where duplicates are possible, receiving a duplicate or a more common rarity is part of the randomized collection experience and does not by itself constitute a technical error.

Probabilities & Collection Supply

Published rarity percentages or probability information, where provided, describe the applicable randomized distribution model and should not be interpreted as a promise that a particular player will receive an item after any specific number of purchases or attempts.

Any stated overall collection or release limit describes the applicable ZIGGYSAUR supply framework. It does not guarantee scarcity value, resale value or future market demand.

Digital Purchases & Refunds

Digital purchases are subject to the ZIGGYSAUR Refund Policy. Because digital content may be delivered or revealed immediately, completed transactions may become final once the relevant digital entitlement has been supplied or consumed, subject always to applicable mandatory consumer law.

Verified duplicate charges, payment errors or failures to deliver purchased digital entitlements may be investigated and corrected as appropriate.

Game Progress, Energy & Virtual Rewards

ZIGGYSAUR may include gameplay systems such as XP, Levels, Energy, Gold, Crystals, Keys, treasures, rewards, upgrades, worlds, missions, chests, Forge features and similar virtual mechanics.

Unless ZIGGYSAUR expressly states otherwise, these are gameplay elements only. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for legal currency and do not create a financial balance, deposit or property interest against ZIGGYSAUR.

Game Balance, Features & Updates

To operate, improve, secure or balance the game, ZIGGYSAUR may modify gameplay rules, reward amounts, Energy systems, XP requirements, virtual currencies, missions, worlds, upgrade mechanics, probabilities or other features where reasonably necessary.

We may also introduce, replace or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and any rights associated with completed paid transactions.

Bugs, Errors & Incorrect Rewards

Technical bugs, display errors or system malfunctions may occasionally result in incorrect balances, duplicated rewards, unintended entitlements or other inaccurate account data. ZIGGYSAUR may investigate and reasonably correct confirmed technical errors in order to restore the account or game state that should have resulted from normal operation.

Players must not knowingly exploit a bug or malfunction to obtain unintended benefits.

Cheating, Automation & Platform Abuse

You may not manipulate requests or stored game data, bypass intended gameplay restrictions, interfere with rarity or hatching systems, exploit vulnerabilities, use unauthorized bots or automation, scrape protected platform data, falsify transactions, or attempt to gain rewards or collectibles through unauthorized technical means.

ZIGGYSAUR may investigate suspected abuse and take proportionate measures to protect the platform, other users and the integrity of the Collection.

Payments, Fraud & Chargebacks

Purchases may be processed through third-party payment providers. Payment authorization, settlement and certain transaction data may therefore be subject to the provider's systems and terms.

Fraudulent payments, knowingly false payment disputes or abusive chargebacks may result in investigation, restriction of affected digital entitlements or account action where reasonably necessary. Nothing in this section prevents a user from exercising a lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or genuinely incorrect charge.

Intellectual Property & Limited License

The ZIGGYSAUR name, branding, artwork, creatures, designs, software, interfaces, graphics, animations, text, game systems and other proprietary platform content are owned by or licensed to ZIGGYSAUR and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use ZIGGYSAUR digital content through the functionality made available by the platform. Purchasing an Origin Egg or receiving a collectible does not transfer the underlying intellectual property rights in that content.

Suspension & Account Enforcement

ZIGGYSAUR may temporarily restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents, payment disputes, cheating, material violations of these Terms or threats to the platform or other users.

Serious or repeated violations may result in account termination, subject to applicable law. Enforcement actions will not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights concerning valid paid transactions.

Platform Availability & Maintenance

ZIGGYSAUR may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, security work, hosting failures, network problems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Where a verified platform malfunction affects a completed purchase or paid entitlement, ZIGGYSAUR may investigate and provide an appropriate correction or remedy where required.

Third-Party Services

ZIGGYSAUR may depend on third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, security services or other technology providers. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

ZIGGYSAUR is not responsible for third-party acts or failures beyond its reasonable control, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy, Cookies & Platform Data

Personal information is handled in accordance with the ZIGGYSAUR Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements. Cookies, local storage and similar technologies may be used as described in the Cookie Policy.

Certain technical and gameplay records may be maintained as necessary to operate accounts, transactions, Collections, security systems and game functionality.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZIGGYSAUR is provided on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or browser.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZIGGYSAUR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from use of or inability to use the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of ZIGGYSAUR, material breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights or unauthorized manipulation of the platform, where such responsibility is legally attributable to you.

Force Majeure

ZIGGYSAUR will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as major infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages, cyber incidents, natural disasters, governmental actions or comparable events, subject to obligations that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you under applicable law.

Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer-protection rules that apply, disputes concerning these Terms or the ZIGGYSAUR platform will be submitted to the competent courts in Israel. Nothing in this provision removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

Changes to These Terms

ZIGGYSAUR may update these Terms when the platform, its features, business practices or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be made available on this page.

Where required by applicable law, material changes will be communicated or consent will be obtained in the manner required before those changes become binding.

Severability, No Waiver & Entire Agreement

If a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with policies and additional terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the applicable agreement governing use of ZIGGYSAUR, subject to mandatory law.
