REFUND POLICY
DIGITAL PURCHASE POLICY
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through ZIGGYSAUR, including Origin Eggs and other digital products or features offered through the platform. Please review this policy carefully before completing a purchase.
Digital Purchases & Final Sale
Due to the nature of digital products, completed purchases are generally considered final once the purchased digital content or entitlement has been delivered, activated, or made available to the player's account. Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not provided except where required by applicable law or where ZIGGYSAUR determines that a verified transaction or platform error occurred.
Origin Egg Hatching & Reveal
An Origin Egg may reveal a collectible creature, serial number, rarity tier, or other digital attributes through the ZIGGYSAUR hatching experience. Once an Origin Egg has been hatched and its contents have been revealed and assigned to the player's Collection, the digital reveal cannot ordinarily be reversed, exchanged for another result, or re-rolled.
Account & Purchase Security
Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for restricting unauthorized access to their account or device. If you believe a transaction was made without your authorization, contact ZIGGYSAUR Support as soon as possible so the circumstances can be reviewed. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Technical or Delivery Issues
If payment is successfully completed but an Origin Egg, collectible, or other purchased digital entitlement is not correctly delivered to your account because of a verified ZIGGYSAUR platform error, please contact Support. We may investigate the transaction and, where appropriate, restore the missing entitlement, correct the account record, or provide another remedy consistent with applicable law.
